Yes. Every package is a starting point. Add entertainment to Sweet Celebration, extend guest counts, swap the snack cart or combine any add-on from the list above. Your quote itemises every change in SAR before you confirm anything.
Sweet Celebration and Showstopper include delivery, on-site setup and teardown within Al Khobar, Dammam and Dhahran. Party-in-a-Box includes delivery only, since it is designed for easy self-setup with the step-by-step guide included in every kit.
A 50 percent deposit confirms your date and locks in your setup crew. The balance is due on the day of the event after setup is complete and you are happy with everything. We accept bank transfer and other common payment methods, confirmed with your quote.
Date changes requested at least 7 days before the event are free, subject to availability on your new date. Changes inside 7 days are accommodated wherever possible. Custom printed supplies that are already produced may carry a reprint cost.
Package prices cover Al Khobar, Dammam and Dhahran. Nearby Eastern Province locations such as Qatif and Al Jubail are served with a small travel fee that we confirm upfront in your quote, so there are never surprises on the day.
Choose Party-in-a-Box if you enjoy setting up and want great decor on a budget. Choose Sweet Celebration if you want professionals to handle the decoration.
